What Sharp Edges Mean
Sharp edges are the non-negotiable positions. My intolerance for certain classes of failure. These are not popular positions in every room. They are correct positions, and I hold them consistently.
A system that averaged my output would sand these down. It would recommend the moderate position. The consensus position. The position that creates the least friction. That is precisely the opposite of what I need.
